Question: What is the meaning of the text, written under some of the products–“The product photos shown on the website are for illustration purposes only and describe the general characteristics of the product”?

In general, you receive what you see. We use this text, as sometimes there could be a discrepancy between the shades displayed in the photo and the actual product, due to the specific calibration of different monitors, on which the product has been looked at. Namely, sometimes the product could be lighter or darker compared to its photo, depending on the monitor illumination.

Another reason to use the text is that, in case of bed linen sets with motives, often the motives are not situated at the exact place shown on the photo. For example, if we look at a bed linen set with rose illustrations, the printed flowers could be shifted some centimeters to the left or to the right compared to their placement on the illustrative photo. However, these inconsistencies do not have any effect on the harmony of the pattern.

Question: Can I return an item, which does not meet my expectations?

Yes. In case you are not satisfied with an ordered item, you have the legal right to return it within 14 days of its receipt. Returns are carried out by Speedy courier at customer’s expense. The refund is send back the same way, in which the payment for the item was received. For example, if you made a payment by a bank transfer, the amount paid will be refunded using the same payment method. You can find more information in the “Purchase order cancellation and claims” section.

Question: How much does delivery cost?

The delivery price is fixed and does not depend on the size and volume of the order. It is BGN 2.99 for orders within Sofia City and BGN 3.99 for the rest of the country.

Question: Do you provide a warranty for sleep masks and what type is it?

Yes, all sleep masks have a 24-month warranty.

Questions: What is ranforce?

Ranforce bed linen is composed of 100% cotton, while its name comes from the used weaving method. The method is characterized by an alternative one under one over weaving technique (see the illustration). The overall number of threads per 1 cm² is between 55 and 70. As the thread number is smaller compared to the cotton satin, the ranforce production process uses thicker cotton threads. This contributes to its matt surface and the lack of the cotton satin’s typical silky look. Ranforce bed linen is remarkable for its lower shrinkage (approx. 3%), higher wash durability, and exploitation reliability, thus becoming the most commonly used fabric in the home bed linen production process.
