HOMES LINEN Ltd. gives you the right to pay your order after opening the shipment package and ensuring yourself that the received items are in perfect condition and match your purchase order. The service “Check your shipment before payment” shall be requested as a free text in the “Comment” box of your order; it is available for both natural persons and legal entities that have purchased items at homeslinen.com. The service is applicable for all items available online at the homeslinen.com.
The service “Check your shipment before payment” offers only the inspection of the item’s integrity, whether it has arrived in perfect condition (no signs of impact damages, scratches, or other types of aesthetic irregularities) and whether the item matches the ordered one (to ensure that there is no discrepancy with your original order). It is not allowed to unpack the items, to remove labels, to check items’ technical condition, to try them on, etc. Please, pay attention that some items cannot be canceled or returned after the package opening; you can read more on this topic in the “Purchase order cancelation and claims” section.
In the event that after opening the shipment package, you notice that the item is not in perfect condition and there are signs of scratches, impact damages, or other aesthetic problems, you can cancel the order. If you have chosen the cash on delivery payment method (cash payment to the courier), you do not pay your order; if you have paid online using a debit/credit card, our company will refund the corresponding amount to the same card that has been used to make the payment. If the parcel is returned without obvious reason, the return shipping is paid by the client.
